There was so much to celebrate at
Connect 2021 — Skilljar’s annual Customer Education conference — with over 1oo customers from Asana to Zendesk representing the most talented and dedicated experts in external LMS training today. Day two of the event, held at the Fairmont Sonoma in the heart of Northern California’s wine country, came with an additional reason to celebrate — Skilljar was named a 2021 Technology Fast 500 winner by Deloitte!

Special Recognition for Safety at Connect 2021

As our customers gathered live and in-person for two days of insight-rich keynotes, expert panels, and compelling roundtable discussions dedicated to creating best-in-class customer training and certification programs, a feeling of renewal and opportunity permeated the crisp fall Sonoma air. For most of us, it was the first in-person event we’d experienced in two years. Skilljar had many protocols in place to ensure not only a successful event, but a safe one as well.

The Celebration (and the Recognition!) Continues

While 2021 presented a new set of challenges that caused all companies to pivot strategies quickly, Skilljar emerged with much to celebrate. In addition to the Technology Fast 500 recognition, Skilljar won two APPEALIE awards for being a top SaaS application and delivering excellence in its approach to customer success. Skilljar was once again named as a Top 20 Corporate Learning Management System (LMS) by G2, as well as one of the top 40 learning systems by the research and consulting firm, Talented Learning.

Connect 2021 gave us many ways to celebrate our own accomplishments and those of our customers who continue to inspire us with their innovative uses of our platform and their generosity in sharing and learning from one another. Each year, we award seven Golden Skillets to the most innovative, impactful, and successful companies powering their Customer Education programs on the Skilljar platform.

Armed with the knowledge, expert insights, and peer-to-peer learning they gained at Connect 2021, our customers are poised to continue their meaningful work of turning their users into product experts and evangelists. We look forward to celebrating the future accomplishments and recognition 2022 is sure to bring to the burgeoning Customer Education industry.
