For the fourth year, we brought hundreds of Customer Education advocates together at the Fairmont Sonoma in the beautiful wine country of Northern California. COVID Details

We are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols for working to defeat COVID-19. Our event staff has been working with in-house and outside experts in food and water safety, hygiene and infection prevention, and event operations. We are working through our cleaning and safety standards to ensure that all of our attendees have a safe and memorable experience. We are also monitoring and evolving our solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and event staff.

To keep everyone safe we ask that you come to the event and present your vaccination card or valid negative results from tests within 48-72 hours of the event.

2021 FAQ

When is Skilljar Connect?
Skilljar Connect 2021 will take place on Monday, November 15, 2021, with registration and an evening cocktail welcome. We’ll wrap up on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, in the afternoon.

Are vaccines required?
Proof of a full COVID vaccination is required, or a valid negative test within 48-72 hours. This is a COVID-conscious event and we’ll be following all state and local requirements and guidelines for public health and safety.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
You will be able to request a full refund up to October 15, 2021. After that, no refund will be available, but you are able to transfer your ticket to a co-worker if you are unable to attend. Please contact in the event of needing to request a refund or transfer of your registration. If for any reason we need to change the event to being a virtual event, all tickets will be fully refunded.

Hotel reservations may be cancelled with no charge any time if done six or more days in advance of the conference. If room reservations are cancelled within five days of the conference, the hotel will charge in full.

Will I be able to access session content after Skilljar Connect?
Most sessions will be recorded and will be shared with registrants after Connect. We recommend you join us live to get all the benefits of the conference, but if you miss a session, or wish to rewatch it, you will be able to access the content later.

What are roundtable sessions?
One of the best parts of Skilljar Connect are our signature roundtable discussions, where you get the opportunity to discuss specific topics with peers. We’ll be following up with registrants before the event for you to get a chance to select your preferred topics.

Can I come to Skilljar Connect if I’m not a Skilljar customer?
While Skilljar Connect is our user conference, it is open to others in the Customer and Partner Education community. We’re looking forward to seeing you.

If I’m traveling internationally to attend Connect, do you have guidance you can provide?
Please check with your airline on their specific policies and recommendations for travel between your country and the USA. The State Department from the USA has a page for international travel which discusses testing requirements for entering the USA.
