Onboarding

Skilljar is ready to be deployed immediately from a software perspective. However, we find that many organizations like to beta test their content and integrations, so launch times typically vary between one and eight weeks depending on complexity of deployment. Either way, we’ll partner with you to get a successful training strategy and project plan in place, right from the start.

Training

Of course, we take customer training seriously. Make the most of your new initiative with Skilljar’s on-demand training. Our services include customer education courses designed to help you increase your knowledge of the platform and learn best practices.

Customer Success

We're committed to providing the best possible customer experience and services. That's why our Customer Success Managers are here to help, every step of the way. Premier customers receive regular business reviews to share best practices and track against program goals. Our team is also in-house and US-based, so you can expect fast and effective responses.
