SCORM Compliant LMS

SCORM Compliant LMS

Skilljar’s robust SCORM compliant LMS makes delivering SCORM content and tracking user progress easy.

SCORM is a set of standards for developing e-learning content so that it can be delivered by and communicate with any system that also adheres to SCORM standards. In order to be SCORM compliant, there are a few requirements that an LMS must fulfill, including being able to play properly formatted SCORM modules to a student and store basic progress data reported by the module, such as whether the student has viewed all of the content or not. SCORM modules have the capacity to communicate much more detailed information about a student’s engagement, such as individual responses to assessment and survey questions. As it is not required, not all SCORM compliant LMSs store information at this level of detail.

Skilljar’s LMS goes beyond basic SCORM compliance, storing the most granular student interaction data and making this data easily accessible to instructors and managers as a part of its robust analytics.  You can view a specific student’s completion status, time spent on course, responses to assessments, and score if applicable. This data is also available to download in a csv format. Have content that’s not SCORM? Skilljar’s easy to use built-in course authoring allows you to make lessons with many content types, including video, PDF, audio, slide, text, and others. In addition, Skilljar’s platform features customized branding, user management, and a flexible e-commerce solution, all with a modern look and feel.
