Zendesk had a pivotal 2021 after reinventing their certification program to create a seamless, single destination experience for payment, certification, and exam proctoring. They created learning paths and certification prep courses for each exam and even offered special virtual live prep and practice workshops. They significantly increased their total number of engaged learners by 250% and session time by 340% and have seen the direct impact of this engagement on customer retention.

Clever has continuously iterated on their program, embraced testing a variety of training methods to find what works best for their learners, and consistently invests in understanding learner feedback and implementing changes quickly. Over the last four months, their program has trained nearly 30,000 educators in their back to school programs. They have increased the certification path conversion rate more than 62% in the recent year.

Buildertrend was able to reduce churn by 90% after launching their on-demand training program. They analyzed their existing onboarding data, implemented changes to their onboarding program using Skilljar and quickly decreased onboarding time by 57%. Due to the success of the onboarding program, the larger business began investing in marketing the Learning Academy to drive engagement throughout the entire customer journey.

DataRobot improved their operational efficiencies and made a greater impact to their bottom line by upgrading their educational services and reducing the number of free training courses offered. Since the launch of their program last year, they have seen a 160% increase in learners, expanded their courses from 1 to 39 self-paced courses and therefore saw self-paced course completions go from 48 to over 7,000!

Auditboard has achieved a 100% increase in training activity in the recent year. In an effort to drive greater value for their customer base, they identified an opportunity to offer Continued Professional Education credits (or CPEs). The launch of the CPE credit initiative drove exponential growth of trained users. It was this influx of activity that showcased the value of their program and allowed them to secure four additional headcount to be added to their training team — providing the opportunity to further grow and expand their program and customer impact.

LinkedIn has hosted hundreds of global virtual events, offering content in 11 different languages as well as several different learning paths, tailored to their suite of products and the various job roles involved. Their ability to create localized, engaging, role-specific content for their ever-changing markets has put them in the spotlight as leaders in the customer education space. Since becoming Skilljar customers less than two years ago, they have created a sustainable education strategy that unifies their customer success center strategy across three different solutions.
