Bulk Upload Tool Launches

Exciting news, we've launched the bulk upload tool! Save time setting up your next course by using this new addition to the Skilljar online course builder. You can upload multiple videos, audio files, and PDFs at one time using the bulk upload tool. With each file you upload, you will also be able to automatically create a lesson and make the file downloadable.

Once you've navigated to the course you'd like to upload files for, click "Bulk upload."

Automation

• Check the box "Create a lesson for each uploaded file" if you would like a lesson automatically created for every file uploaded. The new lesson will use the file name as the lesson name, which can be edited in the Course Management section of your dashboard.
• Check the box "Also add files as an attachment to lesson" if you'd like the file to be available as a downloadable attachment in the lesson created.

Once you have decided on any automated tasks, you're ready to upload files. When choosing files, you can select multiple files to upload at a time.
