Our Mission

At Skilljar, we believe that education is the key to unlocking technology’s benefits for individuals, organizations, and society. Our journey started when our co-founders, Sandi and Jason, saw that companies were developing software and technology with great potential, but users were struggling to put these innovations to work. Product education was the missing link and legacy tools were frustrating Customer Education teams in their efforts to engage and educate users. These legacy LMS tools were dated, hard to navigate, and siloed from other business systems. So we got to work.

We’ve built Skilljar to be the best customer education platform in the world. Companies such as Tableau, Verizon, Zenefits, and hundreds more use Skilljar to accelerate product adoption and increase customer retention. But, we’re just getting started.

We’re obsessed with helping companies around the world transform their customers into product experts and evangelists. We are cartographers who help customer education teams map the path to product adoption and advocates who understand that education is an ongoing process that drives customer retention and growth.
